Can I afford to hire an outside consultant?
First, our initial consultation is free, so you can rest assure that you can afford to speak to us. Second, after our initial meeting, we will develop an assessment of what you or your business needs and present to you a proposal about what we believe would be your best course of action. This proposal outlines the needs of your business, based on our conversations, and the objectives and tasks Hedgehog Consulting will do for and with you. Based on this information, you’ll feel comfortable making a decision to invest in your business’ future. If you decide the proposal is not for you, you still incur no costs.
How much time is this going to take? Do I have the time required to implement or do what is necessary?
While everyone is a little different in how they manage their time, Hedgehog Consulting works within your time schedule and can assist you in staying on track. Understanding that the amount of time you invest with Hedgehog Consulting will directly impact the results we produce, it is important to schedule the right amount of time with Hedgehog Consulting. Since we approach our work with a collaborative approach, you’ll recognize that we will assist you in achieving your results with you…not for you, not without you, with you.
My business is too small for a big consulting company
Smaller businesses can benefit the same as, and many times, more than, larger companies. Think of it his way if you’re a smaller business: larger companies have many people and experiences to draw upon and smaller companies have very few people and experiences to draw from. Many times, small businesses only have the owner and, sometimes, one other person. Therefore, it is essential to work with a company that has experiences outside your own to help you think of things you may not have. Small businesses can be more nimble and the use of outside help can only strengthen that position.
My industry is not something you know little about. Aren’t you just going to give me a “cut and paste” solution that won’t work for me?
