Rob offers over 17 years of successful experiences in retail and restaurant operations and management, P&L accountability, logistics, planning, driving top line sales growth, increasing bottom line contribution expectations, reducing shrink, ensuring consistency in operations and maximizing profitability. Rob is skilled in both Financial and Operational Analysis with proven Leadership and Interpersonal Skills. Rob has a documented record of developing driven and responsible teams to exceed productivity and profit goals.
